A History Of Modern Britain

Andrew Marr. Andrew Marr. Andrew Marr and his black and white car.
Early in the morning, just as day is dawning, he picks up all his papers from the store.

Andrew Marr. Andrew Marr. Andrew Marr and his black and white car.
All the birds are singing, and the day is just beginning. Andrew knows he is no tv bore.

Everybody knows his balding pate, all his viewers smile as he smirks to greet them,
With Marr, you can always be sure, there'll be news (knock knock)
News (ring ring). He ain't no tv bore. (Hee Hee).

Andrew Marr. Andrew Marr. Andrew Marr and his black and white car.
All the birds are singing, and the day is just beginning. Andrew knows he is no tv bore.

Andrew knows he is no tv bore.

Andrew knows he is no tv...

bore.

  1. OK, I know it's shit. But I can't get it out of my head...

"Andrew Marr. Andrew Marr. Andrew Marr and his black and white car."

It's childish and doesn't make sense but maybe I can lessen my load by sharing it with the world.

  2. Share away. RoMo did, and now I'll be yodelling 'Hammer Howwor' all day.
I used to enjoy Andrew's news reports from outside Westminster, wrapped in an overcoat. Andrew, that is. Wrapping Westminster in an overcoat would be silly.

  4. Andrew Marr looks a bit obstinate doesn't he? Or is it just me?

  5. Arabella - He's got an enthusiasm for his subject which makes politics almost exciting. Well, almost...

Murph - I've never seen Postman Pat. Was Mrs Goggins his bit on the side?

Romo - He's not taking any prisoners.
